Position Overview As a member of the SAP sustainment team the SAP HR/IT Analyst – reports directly to the SAP HR Team Lead.
This key role will resolve, configure and test the SAP system according to new or changing business requirements for the following SAP HR sub-modules :

• Organizational Management
• Personnel Administration
• Personnel Development
• Compensation
• Benefits
• ESS and MSS on the SAP Portal
• Time Management
• Payroll Canada
• Payroll US
Responsibilities • Provide front line end-user support and configuration for the SAP HR/OM-PA/Time/Payroll application for Canada and the US
• Analyze issues arising during the payroll cycle and resolve as necessary
• Understand and use the HR programming language to modify Time and Payroll Schemas, rules and functions
• Reviewing requests, assessing needs, developing and implementing solutions and managing end-user expectations
• Understanding the impact of changes on integrated systems and addressing the change management issues
• Recommend changes to configuration/processes/changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the application
• Working with team members and user community to define business process improvements
• Perform and coordinate unit, integration and acceptance tests
• Prepare deliverables including technical documentation and assist the HR Business in developing training material
• Assist Development Team members in design and testing of interfaces, enhancements, reports and data
Requirements • Knowledge of SAP HR ECC functionality
• Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation for SAP HR functionality;
• Related post-secondary degree or college equivalent or Management Information Systems;
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, a positive and professional attitude, conflict management and issue resolution skills;
• A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment;
• French/English Bilingual is considered an asset.
