Position Overview / Vue d’ensemble du poste Our client has a 10 month contract
Responsibilities / Responsabilités In this IT Technical Analyst/Coordinator role, you will work closely with PM and BA resources to address priority activities and deliverables within different projects of one of our technical services enterprise programs.

Some of the daily roles and responsibilities of this person include:
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal project team(s) to analyze information needs and functional requirements and assist the management of deliverables
• Successfully engage in multiple program/project initiatives simultaneously
• Manage all project related ServiceNow incidents and ensure proper resolution by technical resources
• Work independently with technical leads to define concepts and under direction of PM’s and BA’s (e.g. assist with the definition of callflows and workflows for client readiness)
Requirements / Exigences Prior experience working in a similar Coordinator type role as well as solid technical analysis experience
It would be beneficial to have some IT infrastructure knowledge and experience (i.e. migrations, operating system upgrades, desktop and MS Office rollouts, etc.)
Proven track record of creating technical reports/evaluations
Proven experience working with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) as well as MS Visio (would be very beneficial)
Knowledge of the Service Now ticketing system (or an equivalent system/tool)
Solid experience with the MS Office toolset
Proven track record of working with staff at all levels within an organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills (for interacting with various clients)
Excellent time management skills (prioritize work and multi-task amongst competing demands)
Excellent attention-to-detail
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Excellent analytical abilities as well as the ability to think critically
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Highly adaptable personality who is able to manage a busy workload
