||Intermediate Desktop Analysts
||At the end of six months, one of the candidates will be offered the permanent position.
The remaining 2 candidates will remain on contract and be renewed for another 6 months.
||• Hours – 7:30 – 4:45 Monday – Thursday, 7:30 – 12:00 on Friday
• Intermediate Helpdesk/Desktop Analyst
o Excellent customer service skills are a must.
o Must be able to work as part of a team.
o We use Windows 7 & Office 2010 so candidates must be familiar & comfortable with troubleshooting these items.
o Comfort in a Citrix environment is a huge asset.
o Familiarity with SCCM for Software & Image deployments would be an asset.
o Hardware is primarily Dell.
o Familiarity with Service Now (our ticketing system) is a bonus.
o These positions will be part of the on call rotations. They can expect to be on call for 1 week every 6 weeks.
o These positions will be part of the field visit rotations. They can expect to be in the field a couple of days each month.
o Typically these are overnight visits of 1 – 3 nights.
||• To be considered for an interview, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years Desktop/Deskside Support experience with 5+ years preferred.
