Position Overview Our client is undertaking a project to implement a new HRMS system which will: replace PeopleSoft and standardize HR processes. The implementation of a new system will help to support the vision and strategy for HR.

Phase 1 of the project includes the following scope:
- Configuration and deployment of the HRMS to replace the global PeopleSoft footprint for:
o Core HR (employee and contractor) data and processes
o Compensation management
o Organization Charts
- The following functionality will be delivered for North America only as part of this first phase:
o Benefits administration
o Time tracking and absence management
o Mobile devices
o Employee self service
o Manager self service
o Onboarding & Offboarding processes (simple processes)
- HR process redesign and standardization guided by best practices from the system
- Communication to and engagement of all impacted users
- Appropriate level of training to all impacted users
- Integration to other HR services providers and our Client's systems

Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Global Human Resource Management System, HRMS team. The primary focus of the project will be to redefine business standards, processes and implement a new global Workday system. The Workday Security Specialist will be responsible for working with business groups to design, develop, test, implement, administer, support and enhance Workday Security. Additionally, this position will provide testing scripts and documentation for all facets of the Workday security implementation. This position will provide and coordinate control activities to ensure quality and adherence to enterprise security policies for a successful implementation of Workday.

Contract Duration: June 2013 - Dec 31, 2013
Responsibilities • Work with our Client and Workday consultants to scope and clarify requirements, and execute security development
• Work with our Client and Workday consultants to outline a security strategy, approach and plan
• Work with our Client Digital Security Team to ensure compliance with corporate security and audit standards
• Own, design, communicate and advise on the strategy for design, deployment and maintenance of Workday security architecture
• Assist in the development, maintenance and communication of security standards, policies, principles and guidelines
• Consults on the design, development, testing, implementation, administration, support and enhancement of Workday Security
• Responsible for the day to day security administration and maintenance including tasks such as creation of roles, profiles, IDs and provision of user access.
• Monitors user and management activity, error, and other exception reports to ensure security is being maintained
• You will be expected to document requirements, specifications, processes, status reports and any changes in security model or approach
• Develop high level and detail schedule for security implementation stream
• Define resource requirements and work with functional managers to book required resources
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plan and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Plan, schedule and monitor deliverables, goals, milestones
• Test planning & execution with project teams, SMEs and end users
• Maintain detailed documentation on all processes;
• Work with the team members to achieve agreed upon timelines for security deliverables

Project Support:
• Workday role definition and assignment
• Provide guidance and best practice recommendations for Workday projects
• Create and change security configurations to meet project goals
• Fix defects found during testing.
• Coordinate production go-lives with security administers, developers and business owners
• Manage all deployment activities related to Workday security

Day to Day Activities:
• Perform user provisioning, including the creation/change of users and password resets
• Troubleshoot authorization issues
• Create/change authorization roles in compliance with company change control procedures
Requirements • 5+ years’ experience configuring and administering security in (PeopleSoft, SAP, or Workday a plus)
• Minimum 2 years HCM/HRMS implementation project experience
• Understanding of role-based security implementations
• Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Solid understanding of assessing and designing internal controls as they relate to ERP
• Experience with controls monitoring solutions
• Understanding of identity management solutions
• Understanding of security risk assessment principles
• Process analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership qualifications and experience
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident and credible working with business groups
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong ability to multi-task within a dynamic workplace
• The ability to develop strong relationships with business groups, including building rapport and scope-management
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to deliver quality results within an aggressive timeline
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• The ability to thrive in a team environment
• Proven ability to work throughout the full software development life-cycle
• Oil and Gas Industry Experience as well as experience with upstream and offshore Oil and Gas is preferred
