Responsibilities • Point of contact for Help Desk support
• Provides first level and second level customer support
• Monitors and responds to Desktop and Windows Server help desk queues, ensuring items are being addressed in a timely fashion or are appropriately escalated
• Maintains and documents processes and procedures (internal and external)
• Works closely with Infrastructure team
• Assists with creating and maintaining documentation, handle some user communications
Requirements • Strong team player
• Customer-service oriented attitude
• Good working knowledge of a helpdesk area
• Experience troubleshooting Windows XP, Microsoft Office Suite and some LAN/Wan/wireless knowledge (Cisco, Vmare, Commvault, Netscaller, Exchange, SQL
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Demonstrates initiative, pursues continued process improvement
• A post secondary education or equivalent work experience
