We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment in the capacity of IT Manager. To qualify for this role, candidate must have a Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Information Technology or related discipline, minimal of 7 years relevant working experience, and have the below listed skills. |
| Responsibilities / Responsabilités |
• Lead a team of technologists
• Have solid skills in networking, including skills with IP routing, switching, firewall, IPS/IDS, VPN
• Be proficient in server administration, both Windows and Linux
• Have strong knowledge of virtualization and SAN technologies
• Have strong knowledge in IP voice technologies, preferably Cisco
• Have in depth and hands-on experience on Active Directory implementation
• Understand Backup / Recovery technologies
• Have experience with Microsoft Exchange implementation and upgrades
• Have experience with Desktop deployment and management
• Implement structured project delivery methodologies, i.e. ITIL
• Handle Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning
• Manage IT audits
• Possess previous working experience in the financial industry will be a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications and customer service skills
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills
• Able to work hands-on, under pressure, and prioritize properly to deliver multiple projects in a timely manner
• A good team leader with positive attitude
• Current industrial certifications, i.e. MCSE, CCNP
