||SharePoint Analyst and Developer / Technical Business Analyst
||Our client is looking for a SharePoint Analyst/Developer for a contract until June 30th.
||The IW Phase 1 Deployment project will deliver the first visible results from the new SharePoint 2010 infrastructure. The infrastructure has been under construction since early 2012 while design work for a new global portal and collaboration sites has paralleled that activity. The current objectives are to now –
1) develop the new global portal site and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) functionality in the SP2010 environment,
2) develop associated governance for long-term sustainment and
3) roll out the new global portal site.
The Technical Business Analyst / Developer will work with stakeholders and the project delivery team to interpret the current portal design into a delivered SharePoint solution. The Analyst will contribute to the final solution by applying previous SharePoint experience to configuration/buy/build decisions and through hands-on configuration and code development in the SharePoint 2010 environment. The Analyst will also contribute to the project through contributions to governance and technical specification documentation.
||- Business and Technical Analysis skills on IT projects in the oil and gas industry
- Structured Analysis and Design experience
- SharePoint Administration skills (SP2007 and SP2010)
- Developer skills
o Advanced SharePoint (visual and functional)
o .Net (C# / ASPX) development
o Advanced client-side programming. Experience with JQuery would be considered an advantage
o Experience working within a managed application lifecycle model
o Database skills including SQL and familiarity with enterprise installations of SQLServer 2005 and 2008
o Advanced web UI development (HTML4/5, CSS). Experience developing for cross-browser support. Some responsive design experience would be preferred
- Enterprise Content Management background (preferred)
Work Hours Expectations

40 hours / week
(Onsite, Remote, Offshore Resource, Is travel required? (International, national, etc), Flex time)
Onsite, working directly with the Information Management project team
Objectives & Deliverables
The Technical BA will work under the direction of the SharePoint 2010 development Team Lead to develop SharePoint 2010 CSS, Lists, News Feeds and Web Parts consistent with the current portal visual design and the functional requirements of the project stakeholders. The Technical BA will also contribute to project documentation including technical specifications and those required for application sustainment.
