||Application Support Developer
• Proven experience with: SQL server, Oracle, PL/SQL (2 years).
• Crystal reports, CAAF, SharePoint.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Very strong background in troubleshooting techniques.
• Very strong customer service skills.
Objectives and Deliverables:
• Using tact, diplomacy and superior customer service skills to deal with challenging and complex customer interactions.
• Identifying unique or recurring customer problems and providing input to management to prevent recurrence.
• Manage, support, and resolve complex vendor and proprietary technical issues.
• Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for support of applications.
• Successfully prioritize and manage multiple requests, projects, and activities typically working under pressure.
