Surveillance Technology Program is the development & adoption of a technology solution/application that will enable more effectively & efficiently to monitor & follow up on potentially inappropriate transactions by clients &/or advisors, which will meet regulatory expectations & also reduce risk exposure for the firm. The Solution Configuration Manager will be responsible for the management of technical test environments to address the current production support environment as well as multiple project environments to satisfy testing gates and eventual production deployment.
There are 4 separate technical work streams providing solutions to the project, each of these environments are managed by different resources so the coordination effort is vital to having a clear understanding of what versions of code are in what environment. Include in this requirement is an understanding of the overall project tasks to identify and prevent potential environment conflicts |
| Responsibilities / Responsabilités |
A general knowledge of source code respository systems (ENDEVOR, EME, MKS) is required to understand the drops of application code.
Project Coordinator abilities are also required to clearly document and communicate the state of the various environments and the anticipated code changes required to satisfy future break-fix and project tasks.
Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint are definite assets. |
