Position Overview The Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of our Client's solutions,
from the initial engagement with the Customer through the delivery of the solution as well as
its evolutions.

After leading the kickoff meeting and required workshops, the Delivery Manager is responsible
for establishing and documenting timelines and milestones for deliverables, writing the
specifications and supervising the implementation of the solution. He or she works
independently with clients at all stages of the process.

Customer management skills and ability to solve technical and customer requirements and
issues are all vital parts of this role, as well as the ability to maintain good relationships.
The successful candidate is a professional with a background in project management in a
technology related environment with a strong focus on business analysis, customer service and
a strong commitment to building and maintaining good relationships. This individual should
have a wealth of positive energy and a true depth of understanding and dedication to help
develop solutions to solve customer problems.
Responsibilities Performing business analysis and gathering client requirements

• Leading Client Kick-Off Meetings and Workshops
• Establishing and documenting timelines and milestones for deliverables
• Providing weekly project updates
• Writing project specifications and resource requirements
• Supervising the implementation of solutions
• Assisting the Canadian Sales Team
• Participating in Pre-sale meetings
Requirements • 4-6 years’ experience in Project Management role with customer interactions
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organization and documentation skills

Demonstrated Track Record
• Strong project management experience from initial engagement to delivery of solution
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Strong customer management skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
• Ability to translate business needs to technical requirements

Additional helpful experience
• Technical, functional or business process experience in B2B integration, e-Procurement
and e-Invoicing
• PMI Certification a plus
• Knowledge of Cloud-based business solutions
• Experience with XML technologies, XSLT in particular
• Experience with Java development
• Unix/Linux system administration skills
• Knowledge of networking protocols (HTTP/S, FTP/S, SFTP, AS/2, S/MIME...)
