Responsibilities On-boarding into the Program
Ensure new hires are aware of and taken appropriate policies training
Provide IT overview including team introductions.
Document Management
Maintain team folder structures (electronic)
Organize and control all project documentation
Bi-weekly rollups of project status summaries for delivery team status/meetings and for the leadership team status/meetings
• Interfacing with vendor project managers to ensure they have updated their required templates accurately and on time
• Complete all PPTT updates, and gather accrual evidence, for vendor delivered projects
• Liaison for vendor project managers on templates to use, and questions on status reporting and processes
• Comparisons of actual reported in SAP to PPTT forecasts
• Tracking of invoices to budget and to SOWs
• Edits to program governance documentation and templates as required
Co-ordinate Invoices and PO’s
Requirements Strong Working Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
