This 14 month maternity leave contract will require a professional, sales-driven, results-oriented individual to provide great customer service to new and established clients via the telephone. As a Inside Sales Representative you will liaise between sales, marketing, distribution, and our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring product orders and support materials are managed efficiently & effectively. In addition to these duties, you will also take incoming calls and place orders from customers; promote and upsell where appropriate; handle and follow through on customer concerns; track and process orders and deliveries; produce reports; and release product from inventory.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Telephone sales/customer service experience
- Post-secondary education
- Excellent customer service skills with accuracy and diligent follow up
- Good understanding of business process knowledge
- Excitement for inside sales and comfortable with cold calling and/or handling customer concerns by phone
- Organization, detail-orientation, and exceptional time management and multitasking skills
- Previous data entry and computer skills as well as the ability and confidence to learn new software programs will be an asset
