Job Description:
Working within the Sales Operations group, the Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for the order management process, and providing order support to the Direct and Channel sales teams.
Responsibilities • Work closely with Direct Sales, Corporate Account Managers, Channel Sales and Finance for efficient order processing and fulfillment
• Be the Order Process subject matter expert to all Sales divisions, keeping end users trained on all current order processes, policies and best practices
• Prioritize deal processing with sales leadership
• Review, manage approvals and process orders
• Oversee Salesforce CRM customer data for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with Sales reporting, reconciliation, and customer usage audits
Requirements • Bachelors degree in business, finance or related fields
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations or finance
• Prior experience working for a cloud business software application company is highly desired
• Prior experience with CRM systems; is highly desired
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and cross functionally
• Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
• Must be able to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations
