Title Provisioning Specialist

Job Description:
Working within the Sales Operations group, the Provisioning Lead will be responsible for maintaining accurate fulfillment of customer entitlements and orders.
Responsibilities • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure customer accounts are provisioned according to contract terms
• Facilitate feedback to management and cross functional teams regarding necessary changes and updates, including policy changes, product changes and system changes
• Work with Sales and Finance to audit customer usage and ensure correct entitlements
• Interface with Support and Professional Services, as appropriate
• Analyze data, metrics, reports and other information in order to identify trends and develop action plans to address challenges
Requirements • Bachelors degree in business, finance or related fields
• 2-4+ years of experience in a provisioning capacity, sales operations or related roles
• Prior experience working for cloud business software application is highly desired
• Prior experience with CRM systems; Salesforce.com is highly desired
• Must be detailed orientated; Strong analytical and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and cross functionally
• Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
• Must be able to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations
