||Digital Project Manager
||We are looking for the best--a well-experienced and high-performing Digital Project Manager. Our Project Managers perform a key function that keeps our digital projects on track, on schedule, and on budget…while delivering a high quality product. With good Project Managers, things run smoothly and we look good.

|Description of Duties
|| Act as the main liaison for the internal creative services and digital production departments.
Ensure effective management of timelines, estimates, deliverables, and communications.
Problem-solve and explore innovative solutions, to identify cost savings where possible and to confirm the feasibility of creative ideas.
Identify problems and solutions to ensure that client/agency needs are met.
Manage external vendors to ensure quality and cost.
Work with high professional standards, ethics and values…every day on every project.
||The following criteria are essential for this role:
3+ years experience in an advertising or marketing agency as a Production/Project Manager including management on both digital and print projects.
Excellent understanding of the development process and best practices, including scoping, creative development, execution, and delivery/deployment.
Consummate team player who brings a passionate, positive, high-energy approach to client service and delivering results;
A track record of success in building internal teams that are results focused, high performing, committed and motivated;
These criteria would be assets for the role:
Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience.
Bilingual in French and English.
Graduate of a relevant post-secondary education program.
