· Answers and redirects incoming company calls and general messages from previous day
· Monitors and maintains guest sign-in including coordination of guest pickup
· Assists with department projects and administrative duties when available
· Maintains presentable reception area at all times
· Monitors and distributes supply of paper, supplies, forms, letterhead, etc.
· Sorts and distributes deliveries, inter-office and U.S. mail, supplies, faxes and printer copies
· Prepares conference rooms before and after meetings
