||- “Owns” his/ her brands at the Creative Director level - This position is responsible for working in partnership with Account Services colleague(s) to lead & manage in all aspects of his/her client relationship(s) as well as strategically leading the agency as a whole. In addition, this position will help provide overall strategic plans and initiatives, ensure delivery of high quality products and services consistent with contracts and agreements, helps manage financial and budgetary compliance, is responsible (with creative ideas & solutions) for revenue growth for existing clients as well as cross selling initiatives. Most importantly, he/she is responsible for setting the creative vision and maintaining high creative standards on-going.
|Description of Duties
||- “Owns” his/her brands at the Creative Director level - Sets the creative vision for his/her brands and ensures effective creative development - Active in strategic development on his/her assigned projects and brands. Partners with Account Lead in this area - Works closely with ACD’s (Direct Reports) to manage staffing issues - Leads by example by being a “hands-on” creative (still creates) - Provide creative leadership & standards for the entire creative department, and the agency - Partner with clients on effective creative development - Ensure client problems are solved by utilizing inVentiv services - Sets high creative standards for his/her teams - Provides career paths and development (guidance) for his/her creative team members - Builds and maintains strong client relationships - Is proactive by servicing “what if” ideas with ACD’s, internal teams and clients - Ensures that ACD’s are managing financial aspects of client relationship including compliance to contract/ agreements, billings, write-offs and receivables - Supervises ACD’s and ensures that ACD’s are working efficiently in all areas
||- 10 years plus experience in healthcare advertising, at least 2 of which should be in a senior management capacity - Copywriting background is essential, primary responsibilities include managing content development and mentoring editors and copywriters. - Must have a thorough understanding of the oncology market and demonstrate a best in class creative approach in offering marketing solutions for this category - Prior business development experience and demonstrated success in strategic & concepting skills - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Demonstrated success in managing a cross-functional team - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Demonstrated experience working on a wide range of accounts and categories - Track record and body of work to demonstrate ability of getting highest level of creative sold and produced Key Competencies for Position: - Creative Vision: Sets & maintains high standards commensurate with Navicor’s creative expectations - Presentation Skills: Is effective & dynamic in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small/large groups, with peers, direct reports & supervisors; is effective in selling creative rationale & work both inside and outside of the organization; instills respect and can manage meeting flow during presentations - Demonstrating Ownership and Proactivity: Demonstrates ownership of assigned Brand work by continually coming up with new ideas proactively. Ability and willingness to show ownership of Brand work from a creative standpoint
