||Based on client goals and objectives, a defined strategy, and required project outcomes, this individual will work with senior management and strategy to select and manage cross-functional teams across multiple agencies, partners, and vendors. Additionally, this person will ultimately be responsible for the delivery of high-quality products that power client satisfaction, meet business requirements that are delivered on time and on budget. The Producer will be integral in building momentum and alignment across capabilities, vendors, and clients. The Producer also functions as a problem solver, proficient in steering cross-capability solutions, managing via a flexible project management approach, and using critical-thinking skills. He/she serves as an integration manager, ensuring the right resources are cast in the right work and that an effective cross-team communication plan is implemented to meet the program needs.
|Description of Duties
||- Leads cross inVentiv teams to drive complex digital programs/campaigns to completion based on scope and budget - Prioritizes work in progress (WIP) with production and account teams to pull work forward and break bottlenecks - Partners with agency brand teams to provide appropriate and consistent communication directly to client(s) in an effort to clearly manage expectations - Develops complex resource plans by working with staffing and capability leaders to ensure appropriate resources (internal or external) are in place - Leads cross inVentiv teams to develop and manage risk mitigation plans - Monitors and manages allocations for assigned resources to optimize team performance and address issues as they arise - Proactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies - Ensures that the project management teams utilizes a flexible project management approach - Passionately defends the overall quality of deliverables on assigned account; ensures the proper quality-control processes are included in every project - Acts as project management/production lead in account and communication planning efforts - Structures and leads project status reviews; leads cross-team post-mortem sessions - Understands the client’s business and plans projects accordingly
||- Strong leadership skills; active, self-directed personality - 5+ years of project management experience is a must; digital is preferred - Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred - PMI certification is a plus - Agency experience a must; pharmaceutical a plus - Exceptional planning, coordination, management, and communication skills are required - Experience with risk management, change management, communications management - Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel ability; some experience managing design / development using new media products (such as Photoshop and Flash) - Understands current and emerging Web/digital technologies - Professional presentation, training, and client-facing skills - Expressive and communicative written and verbal skills required
