||#2013-910 Mental Health First Aid Coordinator
||The successful candidate will report to the Office Manager of Student Success & Engagement and will work closely with both the Director of Student Success & Engagement and the Mental Health First Aid Facilitator. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities associated with the Provincial Mental Health First Aid Project, including but not limited to: Liaising with partner institutions about the scheduling of MHFA courses on their campus, managing the ordering and delivery of MHFA materials to the appropriate campus in time for scheduled courses to be delivered, receiving and recording participation lists and course evaluations, and providing administrative support to the Humber MHFA Facilitator, including assisting with travel arrangements. As well the incumbent is responsible for responding to general inquires about the project, ensuring all financial policies are adhered to, and communicating with Mental Health First Aid Canada when necessary.
||The successful candidate will possess at minimum a 3 year diploma in Business or PR as well as extensive knowledge and awareness of the unique issues associated with mental health. The ability to deal with issues in an empathic, confidential and tactful manner is required. Additional qualifications include strong communication skills, both oral and written, well developed organizational skills and the ability to exercise good judgement under pressure.
