||#2013-106 Communication Coordinator
||Under general direction of the Manager, Advancement & Alumni Relations, the incumbent will serve as editor and lead the development and production of Humber dialogue – our semi-annual alumni communications magazine with a circulation of 60,000. Duties will include but not be limited to: establishing and adhering to timelines; overseeing story selection, design, and photography; writing, conducting interviews; editing and reviewing stories; liaising regularly with designer and printing house. The incumbent will also ensure promotion of the magazine occurs and that inventory is shared with the Humber community.
||The successful candidate will possess a degree in Marketing, Journalism or Public Relations along with two years of experience in a related capacity. Addition qualifications include: superior communication skills, project management experience, and strong attention to detail is required. Computer literacy is required, with knowledge of e-mail software, and Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to work well under pressure while demonstrating confidence and good judgment is required.
