Title Continuing Education Liaison
Position Summary A leader in polytechnic education, the Continuing Education (CE) department in the School of Health Sciences at Humber College invites talented, committed individuals interested in co-ordinating the financial, marketing and business administration activities in the division to take the first step in joining our dynamic team. The CE Liaison will co-ordinate the ongoing management of the CE website, using available analytics; conduct ongoing market analysis and develop and implement a long-term marketing plan; prepare reports; provide input into the annual budget planning cycle and explore new programming / business opportunities; conduct recruitment outreach, network with health sector partner organizations, and investigate new programming / business opportunities; and schedule courses, prepare contracts and complete the requisitioning / purchasing cycle for CE supplies and equipment.
Qualifications The successful candidate will have a 3 year degree or diploma in a relevant field of study (business, marketing, education, health administration), relevant industry experience, and a proven ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Other qualifications include: demonstrated excellent organizational and critical thinking skills, exceptional computer / technical skills (creating spreadsheets, professional letters, marketing material), proficiency using various types of software (Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Prezi, Dropbox) as well as superior customer service, written and oral communication skills.
