||#2012-239 Assistant Program Head, Business
||Under the general direction of the Program Head, the incumbent supports the Program Head by providing academic and administrative leadership as required. Administrative duties include assisting with staffing, budgets, recruitment and student life activities, and liaising with both University of Guelph and Humber College. Academic duties include teaching, curriculum development and supervision of senior undergraduate research projects. The incumbent is also required to act as program head when required. This position also holds particular responsibility for ensuring that the professional and academic components of the program are respected and promoted in each of the institutions
||The successful candidate will possess a graduate degree in Management or related area, Doctoral degree preferred, along with a minimum of three years of related experience. In addition, the successful candidate will have post secondary teaching experience, demonstrated administrative capability and superior written and oral communication skills.
