||In addition to a reduced load of teaching responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for recommending efficient and effective use of human, physical and financial resources; selection and development of appropriate learning methodologies and facilitating faculty participation; recommend curricula change/modification as deemed appropriate by the instructional groups; participating in the work of external program advisory committees; and developing and maintaining industry connections to Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning programs.
||The successful candidate will be a full-time Professor from the HVAC program, with a minimum of two years of teaching experience, as well as possess well-developed interpersonal communication and problem solving skills and demonstrated ability in curriculum and delivery.
||Duration of Need: To August 23, 2015

||As per Article 14.03 A 3 of the Academic Collective Agreement, a Coordinator’s allowance will be paid in addition to the successful candidate’s salary as a Professor.
