||#2013-904 Marketing Assistant
||Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, the Marketing Assistant provides clerical support to the Marketing and Communications team including: mail distribution, office supply inventory, placing service orders regarding maintenance and facilities, directory updates, Humber profile updates, catering and meeting bookings, minute taking, image bank support, team calendar updates, photo shoot assistance, filing and sorting archived information and materials, way-finding kiosk material updates, computer equipment audit and retirement, booking and tracking of pull-up display banners, MasterCard statement reconciliation and invoice processing.
||The successful incumbent will possess at minimum a college diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent with 1-2 years of office administration experience. A background in marketing considered an asset. The candidate will be an organized, self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively based on direction provided. The incumbent will demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
||Hourly Rate: $19.55
Duration of Need: 6 months
