Title Materials Coordinator - YLW
Job ID 13-045
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • To provide excellent Customer Service Materials Support for our internal and external customers
  • Set up of Material Room as required by Aircraft Maintenance Check
  • Inventory of material PRIOR and POST Aircraft Maintenance Check
  • Entering of Parts Requisitions and ensuring all information is attached to correct documents
  • Complete removals and installs in M3
  • Monitor all material demands in M3
  • Create new part numbers not yet entered into system and correct all part number related issues with Materials Management and Unity
  • Update materials demands on work orders as required
  • Updating material sign outs in the computer on an ongoing basis throughout the day for the duration of the Aircraft Check
  • Receiving material from Materials Management
  • Ensure all inventory is accurate with incoming and outgoing parts
  • Make sure all parts being signed out are billed accurately against the correct work order
  • Tracking of parts and liaising with Purchasing, Stores, Rotables, and Receiving on a daily basis
  • Assist Production Support with copying or filing if required
  • Liaise with Materials Management and Purchasing
  • Liaise with Project Coordinators, Receiving, Quality Control and Rotables
  • Liaise with the Customer Representative regarding Project Parts Status

Education, Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Completion of High School
  • Able to type 40-50 wpm
  • Aircraft Technical Document and Parts knowledge
  • Proficient computer skills especially in MS Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Pride in accuracy
  • Familiarity with Lawson M3 System
