This fantastic role will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals for new business development within a territory.
You are proactive at developing new customer accounts; and have experience with increasing existing business with current customer base.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage and service an existing territory.
This role uses collaboration, engagement and evaluation tools in order to meet its objectives. You will support the vision, strategies and goals of the Divisions; draft partnership agreements with stakeholders in order to build a common goal and purpose and advise members on successful approaches in working with a diverse range of partners, effective human resource management, including recruitment, supervision, performance appraisal, etc., board succession planning and sustainability.
Implementing change management and educational strategies to assist stakeholders, you will assist in the development and facilitate the assessment of policies, programs and delivery mechanisms. Performing case studies and other qualitative evaluations this is a well-rounded role that offers diversity, challenge and the potential for great change.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor or master’s degree in a discipline related to health or community development and at least 5 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. You have experience with multi-stakeholder processes and leading complex and adaptive change, knowledge of the BC primary health care system, and demonstrated leadership skills. You must be willing and able to travel extensively and a valid driver’s license is required while access to a car is preferred.
