Temporary Administrative Support
The right candidate for this position has a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. You are satisfied with basic reception duties yet have the ability and drive to assist senior level Executives as needed. Possessing excellent business writing and communication skills, you are proficient on the computer, comfortable and warm on the phone, and enjoy being the first point of contact. The ability to multitask, and work with minimal direction is a must for this role.
We are looking for someone who is polished and professional in presentation and demeanor, as well as someone who is “people-smart”, intelligent, flexible, meticulous, and organized. The person for this job is someone who can prioritize, delegate, who is a quick learner and has good judgment. You possess a positive attitude with strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills, and you work well under pressure.
