Filing Clerk/Office Assistant, ASAP start
Our client is looking for a bright and hardworking Filing Clerk to join their busy downtown team. This is a great entry level position in a professional and fast-paced office setting. If you are a “keener” looking for a solid administrative role, this could be the job for you!
Responsibilities of this position include assisting with filing, photocopying, and data-entry. In addition you will provide overall support to a team of 20-25 people with general office duties.
As the ideal candidate you have a minimum of one year of office experience and an interest in finance. You enjoy being on the go, and you demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, work ethic, and an eagerness to help out wherever possible. In addition, you are a people person who enjoys building relationships and liaising with various team members!
