| Job Description |
We are currently seeking a Store Manager who will be in charge of store operations from A-Z. The incumbent will be responsible for managing staff and store operations and running a profitable business. |
| Responsibilities |
• Human resources tasks (Recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff)
• Managing the manpower consistently to motivate store sales
• Achieve sales targets consistently
• Maintain and grow a loyal clientele
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Visual Presentation
• A-Z store operations
• Weekly candidate follow ups

| Requirements |
• 2-5 years of store management experience
• Attitude is everything in this job
• A history of out-performing in your past role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft suite
