| Job Description |
‐ Manage the team’s performance and the bonus incentive program ‐ Have authority to negotiate prices & contracts within an agreed margin with the organization ‐ Prepare and review encompassing offers / contractual agreements with sales reps and key customers (fleet solutions, value proposition) ‐ Involvement in the preparation and negotiations of large deals with key customers ‐ Work with Marketing, Business Development and Customer Services to pursue new opportunities ‐ Provide key inputs in the pricing and discount strategy ‐ Visit customers on a regular basis ‐ Act as a problem solver with the customers and work with engineering/operations to come out with customized solutions ‐ Increase the scope of services offered by the service centers ‐ Develop value proposition material for his team (soft/hard benefits, $$$ savings, etc.) ‐ Collect new product development ideas from customers ‐ Support the planning of the regional warehouses ‐ Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators for the sales team ‐ Support the implementation of a CRM tool in multi‐site environment |
| Requirements |
Over 10 years of experience in a senior sales position in a high‐tech industry ‐ Over 3 years of experience in a management position ‐ University degree or diploma (preferably in business/marketing) ‐ Experience in international business development ‐ Proven track record in a sales position ‐ Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitudes ‐ Ability to work in a multi‐site environment ‐ Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and customer focus ‐ Fluent in English. Fluency in French is a strong asset. Basic knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and/or Mandarin is a nice‐to‐have. |
