We are currently a Customer Care Representative who has strong Business to Business experience in a transportation setting. The main responsibility will be to provide courteous, efficient, and speedy customer service to through order taking and supplying basic product information. This role demands excellent communication skills and computer skills. |
| Responsibilities |
Some of the responsibilities include: - Provide excellent customer service across every aspect of the job.
- Manage incoming calls and to take customers orders, answer inquiries, and re-direct to the appropriate department as necessary.
- Pro-actively calling existing customers to inform them of promotions, new product offerings or simple touch base.
- Assist the Customer Service Supervisor and other Customer Service Representatives as required.
- Support at least one Territory Sales Manager.

| Requirements |
- A minimum of 2 years business to business Customer Service experience.
- Strong organizational skills to allow for the successful completions of multiple tasks.
- Self starter with strong desire to see results.
- Team player.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage varied, time sensitive workloads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to new challenges and procedures.
- Customer focused and dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external clients.
- Superior PC and Microsoft Suite skills.
