| Job Description |
As a department manager you will be assisting the store manager in the day to day operations so that business runs smoothly, increases profitability and employee satisfaction. Also, you will be responsible to act as a sales leader and example for the staff.

| Responsibilities |
The responsibilities follow as:
Staffing and employee retention, event networking, conducting career succession and developing merchandising talents
Making sure the store looks presentable from A to Z, all visual policies are implemented and the stock room is organized
Increasing sales through assisting the Store Manager in buying decisions
Servicing and retaining loyal customers

| Requirements |
So what do you need to be considered as a successful candidate?
• A minimum of 2-5 years-experience as an assistant manager
• Exquisite personal sense of fashion
• Proven experience of going above and beyond for clients
• Experience training & development
• Experience in visual merchandising
• Proven track record of being a problem solver
• Open to retail hours
• Fast paced working experience
• Team player
