You have the ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing the scope of authority and protecting confidential information is essential.
Job Description Your responsibilities are varied but will include managing calendars, drafting correspondence, arranging travel, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, assembling proposal packages, generating reports, preparing presentations, assisting with projects and handling whatever else comes your way. You are self-motivated, enjoy taking the initiative and use a common-sense approach to decision-making. Always professional, you have strong interpersonal skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
Responsibilities -Supervising office administration staff (Office Assistant, Receptionist and Equipment & Logistics Coordinator)
-Managing office safety including Health & Safety Committee and internal training/education as required.
-Organizing and keeping record of safety courses for all field personnel;
-Organizing annual corporate events
-Other projects and responsibilities as delegated by CEO, CFO, VPs and President
Requirements At least 5 to 7 years of previous Executive Assistant experience, with Advanced MS Office
-Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills
-Impeccable attention to detail
-Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office and computer applications
-Proven ability to act with sound judgement and high confidentiality
-Strong organizational and multi tasking skills are a must in this busy role.
-Sense of humour, able to build harmonious working relationships with employees and clients;
-Possesses a ‘can do’ attitude and ‘no job is too small’ attitude!
