| Job Description |
Agents will be required to take incoming calls and/or make outgoing calls and offer new products and services to the client. |
| Responsibilities |
- Responsible for talking to customers and assisting with inquiries in a professional manner
- Will provide quality service that exceeds customer expectations
- Navigates computerized system efficiently, and use multiple screens
- Keeps up to date on new products and services offered by the client for the customers
Candidates will be scheduled anytime 8AM and 12AM on Monday to Sunday.
**Successful candidates may receive permanent employment in this role**

| Requirements |
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Call Center Experience (Asset)
• Ability to think "outside of the box"
• Customer Service Experience
• Strong computer skills and data entry skills / Being able to multi-task in multiple screens simultaneously (pre-testing required -- Data Entry and Windows XP)
• No appointments/vacation scheduled during the course of the next 4 months
