Duties: - Prospecting/cold calling
- Identifying target markets/segments
- Providing technical expertise/product knowledge
- Visiting customers/prospects
- Presentation skills
- Performing site surveys/costing
- Preparing quotes/RFQ's
- Probing and handling objections
- Closing sales
- Meet or exceed quota and other objectives
- Follow up with prospects/customers
- Identifying trends/opportunities
- CRM knowledge
- Call reporting /keeping management up-to-date
- Other related duties

| Requirements |
- Min 5 years Inside Sales experience, preferrably with industrial parts/automotive aftermarket parts
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Sales background with excellent cold calling skills
- Some college or university education in a technical/industrial capacity
- Territory management skills
- Able to communicate effectively (orally and in writing)
- Able to travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Quebec
- Be a self-starter with excellent people skills
- Work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Well organized and professional
- Computer literate
- Results oriented
