| Job Description |
As the District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing retail store managers and operations within the Vancouver region. You will be the direct link between headquarters and the stores, ensuring stores are current with company policies and doing their best to increase sales and improve relations with customers. |
| Responsibilities |
o Evaluating, hiring and firing management personnel
o Training the management teams
o Administering and enforce company policies
o Ensure stores are increasing sales
o Determine the cause for store specific problems and find solutions

| Requirements |
College or University degree
5 + years’ experience in Retail Management
Ability to travel

| Compensation and Benefits Details |
$55,000 - $65,000
Store performance bonus structure
Clothing Allowance

3 weeks’ vacation
