Drake International is looking for a recruitment manager to take over the operations and management of a busy, fast paced office
We are looking for a person who can:-
• Manage the day to day operations of a busy office handling just in time deliveries and scheduling
• Manage, train, coach and develop the team of both direct employees and contract employees
• Carry out large volume recruitment and proactively work with the client on the planning, training and in-take of workers
• Strategize and proactively plan for upcoming needs and operations
• Be able to manage and complete multi tasks on an ongoing basis
• Be a quick thinker and problem solver – ensuring that all parties are kept up to date and communicated with at all times
• Be driven by high quality client service both internally and externally
• Partner with local community associations and resources regularly
Develop and manage internal programs and social events

| Requirements |
With proven experience in:-
• Human Resource Administration with a solid knowledge of regulatory requirements
• High volume recruitment and screening
• Profit and Loss management
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Payroll, invoicing and AR management
• Staff Management, coaching and training
• Fast paced working environment
• Warehouse, Transportation or Logistics
