||Billing Clerk (part time)

As an award-winning company, Delcan has successfully contributed to key projects in more than 70 countries.
-Process supplier and sub-consultant invoices received and transmission to appropriate head office department for payment
-Maintains record of invoices paid and maintains internal filing system
-Processes staff expense reports
-Works with Project Managers to download details from management information system
-Produces and distributes accurate project invoices on a monthly basis during the prescribed two week billing period
-Maintains internal filing system
-Processes, records, and deposit cheques received by head office
-Maintains records of deposits made and ensure billing files are reconciled to reflect payment
Other related tasks as assigned
||-Strong knowledge of Excel
-Excellent math and accounting skills
-Experience with Project Accounting
-Experience making bank deposits and preparing invoices
