Position Description

Job Description:

Reporting to the patient care manager the selected candidates of the Nursing Resource Team (NRT), will provide clinical expertise and will have the unique opportunity to build relationships while they work with team members on the various medical units.
 
Qualifications:
  • Candidate will be a diploma graduate of a recognized college or school of nursing or equivalent (i.e., certificate RPN with added courses in medication administration, phlebotomy, and health assessment)
  • Current RPN certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current B.C.L.S.
  • A minimum two years medicine experience
  • All shift availability
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
  • Physical assessment course (Preferred)
  • Satisfactory attendance and performance record required
 
Salary rate - $25.0909 – $28.5500
