Position Description

 

 

Status: Temporary Full time - approximately 1 year

 
Qualifications:
 
  • Graduate of a recognized College of School of Nursing and preferably hold a Baccalaureate degree 
  • Current BCLS certificate
  • Current certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • A minimum of one year recent experience in Nephrology/Dialysis (C.A.P.D/I.P.D.) is required 
  • Candidates who have taken a Nephrology course will be given preference
  • Previous medical/surgical experience is required. Experience in peritoneal dialysis is also preferred
  • Availability days and nights on a 12-h.rotation including 2 weekends a month required
  • Satisfactory attendance and performance required
