Position Description


·         Graduate of a recognized School of Nursing
·         Baccalaureate degree preferred
·         Current certification or eligibility for certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
·         Current NRP certification
·         Minimum one year comparable Level II C or Level III NICU experience
·         Perinatal Intensive Care course is required within one year of date of hire
·         Breastfeeding course is required within one year of date of hire
·         Demonstrate ability to communicate well and commitment to meet goals of quality and safety within scope of practice
·         Computer literacy required
·         12 hour shift rotation required
·         Evidence of satisfactory attendance and performance required
