| Position Description |
Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Access and Flow, the selected candidates of the Nursing Resource Team will provide clinical expertise and act as a team member on the patient care units. Being highly visible and an essential component of the interdisciplinary team, the N.R.T staff will have the opportunity to build relationships as they work as team members in the clinical specialties of: the medical units, the critical care unit and the emergency department, while acquiring additional clinical experience. If you’re seeking variety in your nursing practice this is an opportunity for you. Qualifications: - Graduate of a recognized College of School of Nursing
- Baccalaureate degree (Preferred)
- Current certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current B.C.L.S.
- A minimum two years medicine experience
- Critical Care certificate is preferred
- All shift availability
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Physical assessment course (Preferred)
- Satisfactory attendance and performance record required
