Cineplex Entertainment LP currently has an opportunity within the Cineplex Digital Media area of our business for an Account Coordinator reporting to the Manager, Accounts. This position will be based at our Cineplex Digital Solutions (CDS) division, 610 McMurray Road, Suite 1, Waterloo, Ontario, N2V 2E7.

Cineplex Digital Solutions requires a junior level professional with a background in the advertising and/or marketing industry. Working with Account Managers, the coordinator provides both administrative and creative support ensuring projects are developed and executed in an efficient manner. In addition, the Account Coordinator will work with Account Managers to maintain and nurture client relationships.
This individual must be detail oriented and have the ability to articulate clearly, be creative, and be personable. Teamwork, customer service, sense of urgency and an optimistic attitude are a must.
Assist Account Managers with routine tasks associated with client requests
Downloading, gathering, sorting of assets from clients
Opening of new project dockets, including creative brief, budget and timeline
Work with in-house creative studio to ensure timelines are met and projects on track
Maintaining copy decks, proofing storyboards and motion spots
Management of player groups using CRM
Building of client playlists and delivery to Traffic team
Management of online client proofing areas
Creating estimates, gathering approvals and initiating invoices
Supporting the business development team on new opportunities
Organizational skills a must
Strong communicator, written and verbal
Willing to work as a team, but is self-directed in their work habits
Eye for detail, both with text and visuals
Diploma or Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or Design
Computer savvy, with experience using ftp sites, websites, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Customer service skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Must be resourceful and willing to problem solve
Experience in an agency setting
Knowledge of animation or design process
General knowledge of the French language
Experience using Quickbooks
Experience using Microsoft CRM
