The Finance department at Home Office is currently seeking a Senior Associate, reporting directly to the Manager, Accounts Payable and Film Settlement.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase invoices for Accounts Payable and sales invoices for Accounts Receivable.
  • Respond promptly to questions and interact with internal and external customers and various levels of management.
  • Follow-up on unpaid invoices.
  • Process payments by cheques, wire payments, EFT and other modes of payment.
  • Work closely with the A/P Manager, Accounts Receivable and General Accounting departments on matters relating to invoice resolution.
  • Occasional filing, sorting and mailing.
  • Assist with departmental projects as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Proven track record of researching and resolving invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team player and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proven capabilities with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft financials, AP & AR/BI Modules would be considered assets.
