Our Cineplex Media division located at 102 Atlantic Avenue, Toronto, ON M6K 1X9 has an immediate opening for the position of Production Manager, Out of Home Special Media, reporting to the Executive Director, Media Production.
This position will manage all specialty executions proposed and or sold to clients from our growing platform of Out of Home media representation. We are looking for an individual who drives for excellence in project management. The candidate will be a person who can creatively envision media opportunities to support our sales team’s Out of Home business growth.
The key areas of responsibilities of this position include:
Collaborate with Cineplex internal sales representatives to ensure Specialty Media executions proposed maximize brand/guest experience delivering business goals and requirements
Key liaison with stakeholders at properties across Canada
Oversee updates (English and French) of spec sheets and ‘One Sheet’ sales profiles for Specialty media offerings within our Out of Home media network
Define, improve and innovate existing workflows related to quotations, production and inventory management for Cineplex’s portfolio of Out of Home Special Media
Effective strategist - able to plan multiple projects meticulously ensuring overview of deadlines are drawn up, communicated and met on an ongoing basis
Support new, and out of the box business/revenue-generating initiatives for Out of Home Special Media presentations, as required. Able to source and secure best possible pricing on demand
Ensure Health and Safety documents, insurance documentation is updated, in place and on file with appropriate Security teams for all Out of Home specialty campaigns
Evolve the client/out of home guest experience forward, by identifying innovative print and integrated experiential platforms that offer exceptional points for brand connectivity
Ensure all assigned projects are amply supported, delivered on-time, and on-budget with a high level of client satisfaction
Work closely with the Digital Media Production studio, enabling up to date access to a photo file of Out of Home properties, and campaign activations
Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent
3+ years of demonstrated record leading a series of integrated campaigns from brainstorming, quotation, activation, and post-analysis processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong written and presentation skills
Possesses exceptional time-management, creative & organizational skills
Self-starter, strategic & creative thinker- brings a positive attitude to the workplace
Spoken and written French is an asset.
