Cannon Design offers challenging and rewarding career opportunities for an experienced part-time Administrative Assistant in a dynamic, team-focused work environment in our Buffalo office.
This position will have a 24 hour per week flexible schedule, working in our Cost Estimating and Architectural Specifications departments. This position is eligible for our part-time employee benefits package. Candidates require a minimum of 5 years related experience in an administrative role. Candidates must have the ability to receive, track, input and file documents. Must have the ability to multitask on several projects with competing deadlines, and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in the construction industry is valued.
