Serve as the liaison to internal and external team members, clients, and consultants. Provide a full range of administrative support for regional leadership, including preparation and filing of project documents, travel coordination and email/calendar management, maintaining schedules and databases, and making meeting arrangements. Will provide front desk receptionist coverage as needed.
Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as possess good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, work independently, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Bachelors degree required plus minimum ten years experience supporting executive leadership strongly preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project necessary. Experience with Deltek Vision or other accounting software, as well as experience with InDesign or other graphics software, preferred. Architectural or Engineering industry experience a plus.
