The individual will assist our technical staff with heavy word processing support and documentation preparation for MEP specs. Provide a full range of administrative support for busy Healthcare Group, including preparation and filing of project documents; travel coordination and email/calendar management for department leadership; maintaining team schedules, databases and library; team and client meeting arrangements. Position also includes occasional back-up support at reception desk and provides overall administrative support to teams as needed.
At least four years previous related administrative experience in a professional office environment is required; experience in a professional services firm preferred. Advanced MS Office skills are required. Individual must have excellent communication and organization skills and a strong customer service focus, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.
