The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
• Assisting customers in person and by telephone, fax and email
• Coordinating a wide range of administrative services including supporting senior staff involved in project management, meeting arrangements and minutes, typing of reports, correspondence, budget preparation, banking functions, account monitoring and central file management
• Training and providing administrative support to department staff in computerized applications, such as AMANDA
• Assists in the training of new staff in the department on administrative procedures.
