||2013 Kitchen Attendant (Seasonal)/ Commis De Cuisine (Saisonnier)
||Ensures food ingredients are available, cut, washed and stored
Prepares, seasons and cooks food products, ensuring proper cooking techniques are adhered to
Prepares sauces as required
Work in compliance with the provisions of the OHSA, regulations, and internal policies and procedures
Attend all required health and safety training programs (e.g. WHMIS, orientation), and apply knowledge to daily operating procedures at the CN Tower
Various duties as assigned by Chef de Partie
||Enrollment in or completion of culinary program an asset. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, and capable of dealing with a high volume environment during peak season, in addition to the following competencies.
*Oral communication skills
Applicants must have the following tools:
*French knife *Boning knife
*Paring knife *Slicer/carving knife
*Palette knife *Piping bags and tips
*Toolbox or secure wrap set
